During my one-night stay, I encountered several issues that made my experience quite disappointing. The lack of air conditioning in the bathroom was frustrating, and when I tried to store food in the faulty refrigerator, it all spoiled. Despite reaching out to the front desk, I never received a follow-up call to resolve the problem, which added to my frustration.

Loved how clean and beautiful the room was, and the bed was super comfy! The outdoor pool and BBQ facilities were great for relaxing after a long day. Just wish the parking situation was a bit better, but overall, a fantastic stay! 😊

The gym equipment lacked maintenance, with several machines being out of order during my visit, hindering my workout routine.

The Queen Studio with Sofa Bed was super clean and really pretty! The bed was incredibly comfy, which is a huge win for a good night's sleep. The staff were great when I had an issue with the back door lock — they fixed it right away. But the room was a bit noisy because there were a lot of kids around on the busy weekend. Also, the internet connection dropped for a few hours, which was annoying.
